Rose plants are easy to graft by taking an angled cutting from one plant, cutting a slit in the stem of another plant and binding the two together with honey and floral tape. thanks for the info. How do they graft roses onto tree trunks to make the tree roses? same method?

I just attempted to graft a yellow onto a red. We’ll see how that works out. I didn’t use honey however, and for a lack of a better material, I held it together with duct tape. If it fails (which I’m expecting it to) I’ll surely try this.
